To ensure your project operations run smoothly, our dedicated servers come with a default 1Gbps network port connection. This setup allows all connected servers to share the available bandwidth without any limitations on the port's capacity. This feature, known as unmetered bandwidth, enables you to utilize the full 1Gbps bandwidth at any given time. However, there is a restriction maintain network performance and server pricing. If your average monthly bandwidth usage exceeds 200 Mbps (around 65TB of data transfer), we will request that you upgrade the "1Gbps Unmetered" plan to the "1Gbps Unlimited" plan for an additional $50/month. The "1Gbps Unlimited" plan offers unlimited bandwidth for transferring up to 324 TB of data per month. If you require bandwidth beyond these limits, please contact us directly.
If you are reading this, you may have encountered the abbreviation and are familiar with instances of DMCA abuses. In a more unfortunate scenario, you might have experienced an unjust copyright claim. We offer our condolences, as such actions are unfortunately common and are often used for unfair competition or bullying. One effective way to avoid these situations is to base your project in a jurisdiction with minimal reliance on US copyright laws. Ukraine is a potential option in this regard, as its local laws are not as strict when it comes to DMCA claims, and legitimate copyright claims require a detailed legal process involving a lawyer and extensive paperwork. Interestingly, the actual implementation of these laws is somewhat limited.
Servers are subject to disconnection strictly for severe violations or payment failures. Account suspension does not typically occur for claims or abuse but rather for serious violations like spam, phishing, hacking, port scans, or outgoing DDoS activities. It's worth noting that many copyright claims or abuses may not align with local legal requirements. Local regulations often necessitate strict procedures involving a certified lawyer and the submission of necessary official documents. Should these requirements be satisfied, we may address them while maintaining communication with our client to provide support and assistance. Our priority is always to put the customer first.
